The Gravity Forms Integration add-on connects Gravity Forms with Smart Support. When visitors submit selected Gravity Forms, the integration can automatically create Smart Support tickets using the field mapping you configure. Ticket subject, description, customer details, routing (priority, department, product), and optional defaults can all be mapped to form fields, using clear labels rather than raw field IDs wherever possible.

The add-on is designed for administrators who manage both ticketing and forms: you configure mappings once, activate them from a central list, and submissions then flow into Smart Support.
