Ticket subject, description, customer details, routing (priority, department, product), and optional defaults can all be mapped to form fields, using clear labels rather than raw field IDs wherever possible.
The add-on is designed for administrators who manage both ticketing and forms: you configure mappings once, activate them from a central list, and submissions then flow into Smart Support.
