The Smart Support shortcode lets you add a complete customer support portal to any WordPress page.

Using [smart_support_page], you can display the Smart Support frontend Support Center where customers can log in, register, submit support tickets, view existing tickets, reply to agents, upload attachments, and track ticket status.

On fresh Smart Support installations, a Support Center page containing the shortcode is created automatically. You can also place the shortcode manually on another WordPress page whenever needed.

Main Smart Support Shortcode

Use the following shortcode:

[smart_support_page]

The Smart Support shortcode loads the main customer-facing interface for your WordPress help desk.

Depending on your configuration and whether the customer is logged in, the Support Center can provide access to:

• Customer registration and login
• Password reset
• New support ticket submission
• Existing support tickets
• Ticket replies and conversation history
• Ticket attachments
• Ticket search and filters
• Ticket status tracking
• Customer account options

How to Add the Smart Support Shortcode to a WordPress Page

To manually create a support page:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Pages → Add New Page.
2. Enter a page title such as Support Center, Customer Support, or Help Desk.
3. Add a Shortcode block in the WordPress editor.
4. Enter [smart_support_page].
5. Publish or update the page.
6. Open the page on the frontend to confirm that the Smart Support portal loads correctly.

You can then add your Support Center page to the website navigation so customers can easily access your WordPress customer support ticket system.

Using the Shortcode With Gutenberg

If you use the WordPress block editor:

1. Edit the page where you want to display Smart Support.
2. Click Add Block.
3. Search for Shortcode.
4. Insert [smart_support_page].
5. Save or publish the page.

Using the Smart Support Shortcode With Elementor

If your website uses Elementor:

1. Open the page with Elementor.
2. Search for the Shortcode widget.
3. Drag the widget into the desired section.
4. Enter [smart_support_page].
5. Update the page.

If your theme or page builder applies restrictive styling to the content area, a full-width or canvas-style page template may provide a cleaner layout for your Support Center.
