After installing your premium add-on, the final step is to activate your license key to ensure full functionality and access to updates.

Step 1: Locate Your License Key

There are two easy ways to find your license key:

Option 1: From the Subscriptions Page

1. Go to My Account – Smart Support.
2. Log in (if you aren’t already).
3. Click Subscriptions in the left-hand menu.
4. Click View next to your active subscription.
5. Here you’ll see all purchase details, including:

• • Subscription expiry date
  • License key
  • Purchased add-ons

Option 2: From the License Manager

1. Go to My Account – Smart Support.
2. In the left-hand menu, click License Manager.
3. Under the Action column, click License Manage.
4. Your license key will be displayed – copy it.

Step 2: Activate Your License Key in WordPress

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
2. In the left-hand menu, find Smart Support.
3. Click Smart Support > License (this may also appear in a submenu or at the top of the Instant Popup page).
4. On the License Activation page, find your installed add-on.
5. Paste your copied license key into the appropriate field.
6. Click Activate.

Troubleshooting License Activation

If you encounter issues activating your license key:

• Invalid License Key – Double-check you copied the full key with no extra spaces.
• License Already in Use – Licenses are tied to the number of sites allowed in your plan. If you’ve reached the limit, deactivate the license from another site via your License Manager.
• Expired License – Check your subscription status on the Subscriptions page. You’ll need to renew for continued access.
• Activation Still Fails – Clear your browser cache and retry. If the issue persists, contact Smart Support Helpdesk with your license key and purchase details.
